not quite upto standard, needles quickly turned brown and began to drop, rather disappointed for what it cost I'd have expected a fresh tree.

After a week of having the tree, all the needles are falling. Not fresh cut.... Days after review: I've been kindly asked to contact the farm, went back with a branch for them to investigate, so they did and replaced my Christmas tree, suggesting that is an illness in certain trees... Thank you.

Did the click and collect. 30 quid for a 6 foot norvik spruce. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you. Very safe to. And when we got it home and set up in the stand it was amazing. Gave it a good water. Cut it out of netting and there it is. So bushy and green. Perfect!!! See you next year hopefully. Thank you xx

I couldn't fault these guys enough - I couldn't get to the farm but having had a phone conversation my Christmas tree was delivered this afternoon and its perfect - just the right size. Will definitely come back again.
